I decided it’s time to challenge myself to a 30 day low carb challenge. For 30 days I am going to avoid eating the following:
I am going to drink at least five bottles of water per day and will drink two to three cups of green tea a day.
I am starting out slow when it comes to exercise. I will do this quick workout once a day before my morning shower:
40 jumping jacks
I also plan to take my kids (and possibly my dog) to the park three times a week for a walk.
16:8 Intermittent Fasting
I may also incorporate an intermittent fasting schedule depending on how the first week goes.
