The 30 Day Low Carb Challenge

I decided it’s time to challenge myself to a 30 day low carb challenge. For 30 days I am going to avoid eating the following: Pasta Rice Chips Cookies Alcohol Potatoes Sweets Beverages I am going to drink at least five bottles of water per day and will drink two to three cups of green tea a day.
