I didn't post an update last week. I am determined to meet my blogging goals this week. My plan is to spend at least an hour a night after I put my son to bed. Tonight is the first night.
As for exercise, I have yet to meet my weekly goal. One week I met my cardio goal and one week I met my strength training goal. However, I am hoping to meet both cardio and strength training goals this week. My cardio goal for this week is to take at least three, one hour walks. I walked today (Monday) and I am planning to walk Wednesday and Friday as well. My other goal is to do my strength training workout three times this week.
I told my husband what my exercise and blogging goals are and I asked him to hold me accountable to meet these goals and his response was "I thought you don't like me telling you what to do?" Lol! I told him this is different, so it is ok.
I have been doing ok when it comes to my eating lately. I have been eating mostly healthy meals with a couple indulgences here and there. As long as I am eating at least 80% clean/healthy, I am ok with that.
I also plan on taking my son to two events at the library this week so that he can have more interaction with children his age, so hopefully I can get out the door on time to attend both events.
