I am having trouble being consistent with my workouts. Last week I walked for an hour two or three times and I did about 5-10 minutes of strength training once or twice. My goal is to do strength training three times a week and cardio three times a week.
I think the best way to get my exercise in will be at 6 a.m. before my kids get up. I've been getting up between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., so it won't be that much of a difference. I need to be in bed by 10:30 a.m. every night to ensure that I wake up early enough. This is hard, but not impossible. I think once I get used to working out every morning consistently, it won't be difficult anymore.
I am going on vacation at the end of June, so I have a little less than 11 weeks to change my habits.
